The stay included some notable downsides. The breakfast service was somewhat disappointing. I felt the selection lacked variety and quality. Another issue was the unresponsiveness of the concierge. I attempted to contact them via the hotel app for some assistance, but I did not receive any response .

the location was great with easy access to transport links. exploring the area was easy and plenty of food places were nearby. satay street and lao pa sat hawker were within a short walk. staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request i had.

the pool had cold water

the hotel had shenton mrt station less than a block away. it only took two stops to reach bayfront with access to sentosa island. gardens by the bay were also two stops away.

the pool was acceptable. i used it every day of my stay.

i encountered a significant issue during breakfast one morning. the pancake station had a policy limiting guests to only one pancake. this felt restrictive and rather unwelcoming. also, the corridors had an unpleasant damp smell. it was noticeable each time i walked to my room.
